At the moment, India does not have a specific legislation enacted primarily for data protection. The Supreme Court has held in a number of cases that information about a person and the right to access that information by that person is also covered within the ambit of right to privacy.
If you want to erase your personal information data in our database so you can make a request for erasing data, we will work on that in 1 to 2 days.
